CHARTER
OF THE GOLDEN HANDS AWARDS
Article 1. General Provisions
1.1. This Charter defines the objectives, tasks, structure and procedures of the International Beauty Competition GOLDEN HANDS AWARDS.
1.2. The Competition is an international project open to participants from any country.
1.3. The Competition is held annually in an online format.
Article 2. Goals and Objectives
2.1. Main goals:
- Identifying and supporting talented beauty industry professionals
- Promoting professional standards
- Creating an international platform for experience exchange
- Enhancing the prestige of beauty professions
Article 3. Organizational Structure
3.1. Competition Organizers include: Founders and project management; Organizing Committee; Jury (independent expert council); Partners and sponsors.
Article 4. Participants
4.1. Any beauty industry professional can become a participant.
4.2. Age restrictions: 18 years and older (or with parental consent for minors).
4.3. Participants are divided into categories by specialization and experience level.
Article 5. Jury
5.1. The Jury is formed from recognized industry experts.
5.2. Jury members must maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
5.3. Jury decisions are final.
Article 6. Financing
6.1. Sources of financing: participant fees; sponsorship; partnership programs.
6.2. All financial operations are conducted transparently.
Article 7. Awards
7.1. Winners receive: diplomas and certificates; statuettes; prizes from partners; public recognition.
Article 8. Charter Amendments
8.1. Amendments are made by decision of the Founders.
8.2. All changes are published on official resources.
Article 9. Final Provisions
9.1. This Charter comes into force upon approval.
9.2. All matters not regulated by the Charter are decided by the Organizers.
