Three Stages
to the Top
GOLDEN HANDS AWARD is an annual online competition for beauty industry professionals, conducted in a three-stage evaluation format designed to identify and celebrate true mastery.
Portfolio Submission
Participant uploads photos and videos of their work and gains access to the competition. Applications are accepted from September through December.
Preliminary Selection
Jury evaluates works based on technique, cleanliness, aesthetics, and nomination compliance. Only the strongest participants advance to the finale.
Award Finale
Finalists complete a final work from the jury. Winners are determined and celebrated at the prestigious Golden Hands Award ceremony.
